Super-Fast NY Uncontested Judgments of Divorce Obtained in as little as 10 Days!

Many people who wish to divorce have been told that to get a quick and cheap divorce, they will need either a Separation Agreement signed by both spouses in front of a Notary Public, or a signed and notarized Marital Settlement Agreement,  which can typically be prepared by an attorney who is a New York Divorce Mediator.  Otherwise their divorce action will not be simple or cheap but will rather proceed as a Contested Divorce!
Staten Island Divorce Attorney William J.  Leininger, Esq., believes that most of these people desiring to sign a Separation Agreement or Marital Settlement Agreement think that once a couple has a signed and notarized Agreement resolving all divorce issues, they can then get an Uncontested Divorce in a few weeks.
However that is NOT the case. If you call the Matrimonial Clerk in your county Supreme Court (e.g. Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Nassau or Suffolk Counties) you will likely be told that Uncontested Divorces are currently taking between 6 and 12 months before being signed in that County!
If such a couple wants to get divorced as quickly as possible, Mr. Leininger, who has over 42 years of experience as a Divorce Attorney, will schedule a Free 15 minute Zoom videoconference consultation to explain how he can guarantee that the couple will be legally divorced in New York in 45 days or less from the date the couple delivers all the legal documents prepared by Mr. Leininger and duly signed and notarized.  If the Judgment of Divorce is not signed within said 45 days, for any reason other than the failure of the couple to sign and have notarized the legal documents and return said documents to Mr. Leininger, them Mr. Leininger will refund $250 to the wife and $250 to the Husband!  And there is no Court appearance required!
Many people who do not use our Law Office to prepare the Separation Agreement or Marital Settlement Agreement have to wait 6 months, 9 months, or even 12 months or more just to get divorced after they have reached an overall divorce settlement.
Mr. Leininger stressed that since all Divorce negotiation sessions are held via Zoom videoconference, we can now service divorcing couples who live anywhere within the State of New York and we are no longer limited to representing clients who reside in Staten Island and Brooklyn.
If you and your spouse are seriously interested in moving ahead to get a quick divorce, there is no longer any need to go out of state, for example to Nevada or to Mexico, to obtain an uncontested divorce.
Simply call our office at 718-979-5200, and we will schedule a rush, 15 minute free divorce consultation which will be held via Zoom video conference.  At that free divorce consultation, we will explain the process and answer all your questions.
The cost for this Super-Rush Uncontested Divorce is only $1,500 plus Court fees and out-of-pocket disbursements, provided your Settlement Agreement meets the Court's requirements.  Divorces involving Domestic Relations Orders involve additional fees.
What do you and your spouse have to lose by meeting with Mr. Leininger for this free divorce consultation, so that he can explain the details of his Super-Rush divorce package?
