Our Law Firm was founded by attorney William J. Leininger in 1981. Mr. Leininger is a
native New Yorker who graduated from Regis High School and St. Francis College. In 1974, he graduated from Fordham
Law School with the rank of #1 in his Evening Division. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1975, and was subsequently admitted to
the Bars of New Jersey and Florida.
Mr. Leininger has appeared on the Phil Donahue Show, the
Sally Jessy Raphael Show, the Today Show,
CBS Eyewitness News, and other national
television and radio programs, and has lectured on Divorce for over 30 years.
Mr. Leininger became a certified Divorce Mediator in 1994. Since then, he has mediated over 200 cases to completion. He is the most experienced attorney divorce mediator on Staten Island. Mr. Leininger is assisted by his Senior Associate, Miriam Karp. Ms. Karp has 27 years experience practicing Family Law, and she is a certified Divorce Mediator.
